Terms and Conditions

• Payment is required in full before appointments can be booked

• We take Paypal, Bank transfer or Card Payments.

• We reserve the right to NOT refund any payment due to an inability by the client to attend one or more sessions.

• We reserve the right to cancel a session within 24h and offer an alternative session or a refund.

• We expect to be treated with respect and reserve the right to deny sessions to anyone at any time.

• The FREE 15min consultation is non committal. Both parties have the right to choose not to proceed.

• Information of medical history may be required and any medical diagnosis's needs to be disclosed before the start of the sessions.

• Five Factors Life Coaching offers knowledge and advice. The client is solely responsible for his or her actions.
